Cancellation/ No Shows / Booking Policy

We love to see all of our customers and appreciate your loyalty and support at Images HBT.  Your appointments are very important to us, and they are reserved especially for you. 

We understand that sometimes you’ll need to reschedule an appointment.  As a result, we respectfully request at least 24 hours of notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you cancel outside of the 24 hour window, we miss the opportunity to schedule appointments with clients on our waiting list.

• Less than 24 hours of notice for cancelling/not turning up to your scheduled appointment will now result in a 50% booking fee for any future appointments made.

• We respectfully ask the 50% booking fee to be paid within 24 hours so that we can secure your appointment.  Our booking system will remove the appointment automatically if it is not made within the 24 hours.

• After paying the 50% booking fee, any cancellations or ‘No Shows’ with less than 24 hours will result in us keeping the 50% booking fee.

This policy will be implemented on the 1^st November 2023.
